Perusing the front stands of my local Starbucks, I was desperate for a snack with my latte. In an effort to maintain my girlish figure, I dare not buy a butter croissant, bread or cake. So I asked the Starbucks Barista if they had any granola bars. She said no, but recommended a cranberry and almond KIND bar. I had never had one, but thought I'd give it a try. After all you can't go wrong with cranberry and almonds. And it sounds nutritious right? A week later I needed this cranberry/almond KIND bar once again. Yes an addiction had formed. Must I go to Starbucks daily for this treat? Well I was able to find them at Trader Joes, but wondered can healthy really taste this good? So I decided to do a little research and this is what I found...
